Event Policy

Events & Tours Policy

Attendees of all of our events must read the following rules before registering for the event. These rules are subject to change without notice.

Registration

Registration is required to attend any of the events & tours. Registrations without all required information or without payment by the due date will not be processed.

Confirmation

Confirmation will be sent by e-mail to fully paid attendees using the e-mail address provided on the registration form. If you do not receive confirmation within five days after sending your registration form and made payment, please e-mail avikinioffice@gmail.com

We do not accept on-site registration. Registration must be made a maximum of 10 days before the event or tour. If all tickets are sold out, registration will close early.

Payments

Fees shown for a particular time period are valid only for registrations during that period that have completed payment within 7 days of registering.

Full payment must be made within 7 days of registration and receipt of invoice. 

Payment methods

Payment methods are available for Ukraine: Privat24, bank transfer, QR- code, POS terminal, cash at the office.

For non-Ukrainians, only one payment method is available – bank transfer. 

Cancellation policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted at least 30 days prior to the event date. Less than 15 days before the event: no refund. Refunds are only 50% of the full amount as we hold the seat for you and others couldn’t attend because of that. 

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER THE EVENT OR TOUR.

Cancellation by Organizer

If organizer cancels or postpones events or tours, we will automatically issue a refund.

Photo/Video Disclaimer

By registering for and attending any event, you agree that your image may be used at any time, without further notification, for printed materials, web sites, social media and other marketing purposes.

Third Party 

We do not accept anyone who wants to join our events to try to sell something to another member. If this happens, we will immediately remove you from our events or tours and blacklist you.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

As a condition of your attendance at the Event, you, Registrant, acknowledge and agree you have read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions, as set forth above. By acknowledging your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, below, you knowingly, voluntarily, and without duress, hereby agree to be bound and abide by the Terms and Condition for the Conference you participant in.

The organizer of events & tours reserve the right to amend or revise the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. By participating in our events, attendees acknowledge and agree to comply with such modifications. The organizer shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect consequences arising from changes to the terms and conditions. Participants are encouraged to review the event’s terms periodically for updates.
